​Welcome to 2026, friends, existing clients and new clients.  I'm hoping that 2025 was a prosperous, productive year.  As in the past, I have created this website to assist you in assembling, preparing and organizing the materials and information required to accurately prepare your 2025 Federal and State return. 

​Preparing returns for 2025 presents many new challenges, primarily due to a new administration, the One Big Beautiful Bill (OBBB) versus the TCJA, tax tables, dependent definitions, retirement laws, education deductions, and standard versus itemized deductions.  AS A NOTE, THE IRS IS USING AT LEAST 2 OR 3 DATABASES TO ELECTRONICALLY VERIFY INFORMATION CONTAINTED IN YOUR RETURN.  IF THE RETURN AND DATABASES DO NOT MATCH, A MANUAL REVIEW IS REQUIRED AND WILL IN ALL LIKELYHOOD TAKE SEVERAL MONTHS. 

As the Ways and Means committee has not finalized the tax laws for 2025, it is uncertain when my tax program will be available and when the IRS will begin allowing submissions.  I will keep you updated as to those dates.

​​I have completed the IRS required vetting and 18 hours of testing, thus I am legally cleared to prepare individual income taxes for the tax year 2025 (and previous years, if required).

I would like to receive your materials via US Mail, emails with PDF attachments, FAX or handed to me on my front porch.  I am available to discuss virtually via ZOOM or other visual methods.
